This page exists so the terms-card design can be judged before real inventory arrives. The home is not real, the address area is invented and every figure was chosen to fill the layout. It appears in no count, on no city shelf and in no search result. When the first owner-confirmed home is listed, its card will carry exactly these fields with real numbers and a real confirmation date.
Why the card carries this much
Most rent-to-own advertising shows a photo, a monthly payment and a phone number, then moves the real terms into a sales conversation. This directory inverts that. The option fee, the monthly credit, the future price model, the refund treatment and the repairs split are the listing. A card missing any of them does not publish, which is the whole content of our listing standard.
